MOOTING IS - the oral presentation of a legal issue or problem.
It is perhaps the closest experience that a student can have
at university to appearing in court.

Competitors are given a fact scenario, which will be based on a
point (or points) of law. The competitors will need to argue their case before a ‘judge’
as if they were in court.

Competing in this competition will give you a great opportunity
to get the practice needed for the compulsory Second Year topic ADVANCE CONTRACT
