What is the Negotiation competition?

Negotiation is a competition whereby two teams (of two members)
come together to try to negotiate a settlement that
will satisfy both of their fictional client’s needs.

Each team receives a series of common facts and some exclusive material prior to the negotiation.

A 50-minute negotiation takes place once both teams have had time to prepare and analyse the needs of their client.

Next Friday (8th August) at 11am
in the MOOT COURT the Competitions Team will set up a little PowerPoint presentation
about the Competition and will be free to answer any questions you may have after.
