Welcome to Competitions for 2009!
Semester two has arrived it and with it four new competitions for your collective enjoyment. The Lipman Karas Negotiation & FLSA Client Interviewing competitions give you a chance to test out your softer lawyering skills. The winning teams will be invited to represent Flinders University at the 2010 ALSA Conference - to be held in Adelaide, Australia. For the mooters out there, the Constitutional Law Moot offers the top three placegetters the chance to head to Canberra to enter the annual LexisNexis Constitutional, held in the Septmeber mid-semester break. And our first years are all invited to enter the Kelly & Co. First Year Moot to learn the art of mooting. More details can be found below.
