ABOUT

An advanced mooting competition, competitors may not enter this competition unless they have completed LLAW2104 Constitutional Law (a second year subject).

Competitors enter in teams of 2-3, and will remain in their team throughout the duration of the competition. While all competitors in the team will be expected to assist in the preparation of the question, only two competitors will be mooting (the team has the discretion to decide which two will be mooting).

This is a fast-paced competition with only two rounds (a Preliminary and a Grand Final), and will be completed by Friday 28 August 2009. The winning team will represent Flinders Law School at the National Competition in Canberra from Monday 28 September to Thursday October 1, 2009. **Please note that this is in the mid-semester break and clashes with LLAW5904 Criminal Practice.
