Law Students for a Just Community (LSJC) is a non-profit association of law students from around Australia. Our aim is to learn more about the world we live in, the social and legal issues it faces, and how to redress them as law students and future lawyers.

LSJC share a common passion for knowledge and justice and meet at an annual conference at a selected hosting city. There students are addressed by inspiring speakers from the legal community and socialise with like-minded students from across Australia. Past speakers at LSJC conferences have included Julian Burnside QC, Senator Bob Brown, Justice Mansfield, Justice Kirby and Rev Tim Costello.

This year Perth will be hosting the LSJC annual conference which will run from 3-5 October 2008. The theme for this year’s conference is “Pathways to Justice”.
